What to Expect After You Book a Luxury Jet Expedition
Traveling around the world brings countless intangible rewards, but it also requires a little preparation—and our team is available to assist at every step. Get to know the kind of service you can expect from us, from the time you book to the time you set foot on the private jet.
Meet Your Guest Services Manager
After you book your expedition, you’ll be introduced to your dedicated guest services manager who will assist with any questions you have leading up to departure. Upon booking, your guest services manager will send you a welcome packet, which includes a trip binder to store important trip-related documents.
A few months before departure, he or she will send your first set of documents, including a Pre-Flight Planning guide that will help answer some of your questions about our luxury jet expeditions. This guide will offer information on packing, visa and passport requirements, travel health and other aspects of traveling by private jet. We will also include a few forms that will enable us to better meet your needs throughout the expedition.
Plan for Travel
As you prepare to join an expedition, there are a few details you’ll need to take care of. You will need to get any required visas, but don’t worry, our team can help with the application process. You’ll also want to double check your passport’s expiration date and make sure you have enough blank pages for entry and exit stamps. In addition, you’ll need to make an appointment with your doctor to discuss any necessary inoculations and health concerns as you prepare for this active journey. Finally, you’ll need to book flights to and from the expedition’s start and end cities—another area where our team can assist you.
Customize Your Journey
As we put the finishing touches on your journey, we’ll offer a few ways to customize your experience. First, on some trips we’ll offer alternate destinations, ideal for guests who have already seen an iconic destination or simply want a different kind of experience. As we travel, you can also customize some of your day-to-day activities. Some sightseeing options will require advanced booking, so you’ll get information on these options ahead of your departure. If there’s a special activity you really want to try, let us know—we can help you arrange a custom itinerary at any of our destinations.
You’ll also have a chance to upgrade your accommodations. While we reserve the best available room category that can accommodate our guests, we will offer you the chance to upgrade at almost every stop.
Prepare for Takeoff
A month or two before departure, your guest services manager will send you a few travel amenities and your final itinerary. To help ensure that you are fully prepared to join an expedition, our team will call you a few weeks before departure to confirm suite upgrades, flight times, details regarding a custom itinerary, and ensure you’re ready to embark on the experience of a lifetime.
