Paul North

Paul North is the founder of Meet the Ocean, an educational nonprofit using creative storytelling and interactive technology to advocate for ocean literacy and the protection of Earth’s marine ecosystems. North produces award-winning films, art events and public outreach campaigns that visit schools and children’s hospitals internationally. As an expedition diver, he has logged over 100 dives in Antarctica and specializes in sharing the polar regions using his underwater photography. As host of the Meet the Ocean podcast, North focuses on storytelling as a means to improve science communication for all.

Paul is exceptional. His interesting story and background really lend to his “eye” and the images he captured are going to be excellent keepsakes for years to come.
